Physics.... OoO

Hi, so this post is about my topic which is physics. To be more specific I want to make a game about Newton's first and second laws of motion; I am hoping I can think of an interesting game with this subject, maybe. I am adding a new blogroll with some links I thought were helpful if anyone wants to check them out I should have them right underneath my first blogroll.

About my last post.

In my last post, I didn't really tell why I thought Gravitee was my favorite game; now it is time to explain my thought process to the people! I really enjoyed the game because it taught its material in a fun way that other games could just not match. It was fun to play, and as a gamer I wanted to play it more and more. It also gave me hope that I will be able to make my own game fun and exciting for gamers. On a side note, I think I have decided to work in the area of physics for my game.

Strategy/Sim

After playing the games, I feel like the genre I want to design my game after is strategy/sim; I like the idea of making a game that challenges the player mentally, but I also figured out that it is going to be difficult to design a game that will be challange mentally and fun for the player. I need to really start thinking hard on where my STEM game is going and what paths I want to take.

Globaloria and STEM

So Logan High has been selected to make a STEM game for anyone that cares. ha ha. We are finally starting to get into talking about game ideas and how we are going to go about the whole process; I'm excited! Well there will be more to come now I need to set up my blog roll. To wiki or not to wiki?

Well I have finally started to get the hang of how to edit the wiki using html which has made me very happy. It is actually really easy to do once I figured out all of the different codes and after that I flew through all of the steps of personalizing my wiki. I really do not like the fact the school system blocks YouTube, it has really impaired my ability to find a video that I can actually view on the school's Internet. Other than that I added lots of images that tell about my likes and my personality so that was fun to do. I don't really have anything else to add for now so this is end of this post. So here's the deal.

So as many of you may know this blog is for the class GLOBALORIA (oh yeah that is all caps) which I have 4th period here at LHS. The class is going pretty well so far, surprisingly.
